The other day a flash applet showed me this:

Hmm. First, lower-case ‘i’ to start a sentence, really professional there.
But it boggles the mind to consider.
“Please disable your ad blocking software.”
Why would I do that? Then you’ll just show me an ad. I run adblock so I won’t see ads.
“Oh, no, this is just a technical problem.”
But you said RIGHT THERE to disable ad-block. All ad-block does is block ads. That I don’t want to see.
I just can’t imagine how anyone in their right mind would say, “Gee, I need to disable that so I can see the swanky ad.”

I don’t like to see ads while watching video via internet. Therefore I never accept cookies from sites.
